The River House

Watauga River Vacation Rental is in the Lynn Valley area of Elizabethton, Tennessee, and is great for clearing your mind, having fun, fishing, and relaxing.  Newly remodeled bungalow with large lot plenty of parking, AND BOAT RAMP. 

 IF BOOKED WITH WATAUGA KAYAK;

Flat Rate - No additional fees, a security deposit will be required, and TN State/County taxes only.  We require a two-night minimum of $210.00 night.

 All guests must sign a terms/agreement contract. 

Two bedrooms (4 beds), Two baths, sleeps 4 comfortably, may sleep up to seven. 

We have a medium-firm king-size bed, one twin bed, one full-size firm adjustable bed, and a futon plus cots if needed. 

At the river Pergola we also have a blackstone.
